We will meet at the Courthouse Metro Station on the corner of Uhle and Clarendon Bvld. Parking is available at Courthouse and 14th. If you want more of a challenge get off the metro at Rosslyn and ride up the hill to Courthouse.

Capital Bike Share is available on the corner of Veitch and Key Bvld (which we will pass on the way) or down 14th street from the metro station.

    Hope to see you there!

    September Ride: Saturday, September 15th

    September group ride

PG County we are coming to you!

Our September ride will take us to Lake Artemesia in College Park via the NW/NE Branch Trail (part of the Anacostia Tributary Trails System). The lake is a beautiful and popular destination for walkers and cyclists. The ride there follows tributaries of the Anacostia River.

Meet at the West Hyattsville Metro station (Green line) promptly at 9:15am. Please give yourself ample time if you are taking the train. There is a metro parking lot and it’s free on the weekends.

PLEASE NOTE - CAPITAL BIKESHARE IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM THIS METRO STATION. We do our best to accommodate, but for this ride you’ll have to rent or bring your own bike. (Or rent one from another station and bring it on metro).

There will again be a beginner group and an intermediate/advanced group. The latter will get in a few extra miles and ride at a more brisk pace.

    A few more deets:

    - HELMETS are required
    - This is a NO DROP ride
    - Bring your own WATER
    - BIKESHARE is not available

Only a few group rides left this year - don’t miss out!
